Kings Highway: one road, no exits, predictable
Kings Highway begins in your corner of the borough and cuts diagonally northeast through Bensonhurst and Midwood. It is traffic lights the whole way and it never feels quick, but it also never surprises you: roughly 25 minutes at almost any hour. If you dislike merging, this is your route. It brings you to Nostrand Avenue a few blocks below us, so turn north there.
The Belt Parkway: quicker, until it is not
Pick up the Belt eastbound near the Verrazzano approach, come off at Coney Island Avenue or Knapp Street and cut across. Off-peak that is nearer 18 minutes.
